　　摘 要

　　随着经济全球化和信息全球化进程的加快，人们开始把探寻利润的目光转向了非生产领域。作为企业的“第三利润源”，物流已成为市场竞争的新焦点。而库存作为企业物流的重要组成部分，在维持基本的生产经营活动和提高企业竞争力方面具有不可替代的作用。因此，企业结合自身实际，来保持适当的库存量，从而增加利润、提高市场竞争力，已经成为企业关注的重点。中小商贸企业是市场上最为活跃的因素之一，其在繁荣市场经济、增加就业机会等方面都有重要的作用。但是，由于中小商贸企业受自身规模和市场环境的影响，往往忽视了库存管理对于企业降低费用，提高利润方面的重要作用。因此，研究中小商贸企业库存管理，为中小商贸企业提供切实可行的库存管理方案具有重要意义。

　　本文在借鉴了国内外关于库存管理研究成果的基础上，以 KT 商贸企业为研究对象，从商品分类方式、需求预测方法、存货周转率和信息化程度四个方面分析了 KT 商贸企业库存管理中存在的问题。在结合理论，并与 KT 商贸企业工作人员分析探讨之后，提出了改善企业库存管理水平的方案。该方案通过 ABC 分类法对企业库存商品进行重新分类；运用 GM 灰色系统理论对企业库存需求量进行预测；完善库存管理制度从而提高企业存货周转率；最后导入 IT 技术，重构信息组织模式，提高企业信息化程度。

　　Abstract

　　With the development of economic globalization, logistics as the "third profitsource" has become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.

　　Inventory as an important part of logistics, not only to maintain the production andoperation of enterprises, but also to help companies improve market competitiveness.

　　From the actual situation of enterprises,the establishment of a reasonable inventorylevel, so that effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises, increase profits,has become the focus of modern enterprise. As one of the most active factors in themarket, small and medium sized commercial enterprises are very important to theprosperity of the market economy. However, because of the influence of the size andthe market environment, the small and medium-sized commercial enterprises oftenneglect the importance of inventory management for enterprises to reduce costs andincrease profits. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the inventory managementof small and medium sized business enterprises, and to provide practical and feasibleinventory management for small and medium sized enterprises.

　　Based on the research of the domestic and foreign inventory management, thispaper analyzes the problems existing in the inventory management of KT businessenterprise.The problem of inventory management in enterprise KTis analyzed fromfour aspects, including commodity classification, demand forecasting, inventoryturnoverand information level. On the combination of theory and the analysis of thestaff of the KT business enterprise, the scheme of improving the level of enterpriseinventory management is put forward. The method of ABC classification is used toclassify the enterprise inventory.Using GM theory to forecast the demand of enterpriseinventory.Through improving the inventory management system, to improve theinventory turnover rate. Using IT technology to reconstruct the informationorganization mode, and improve the degree of enterprise information.
