　　本文旨在总结前人研究的成果，更加全面地剖析中共在西安事变和平解决中起到的决定性作用以及产生的社会影响，从而为社会主义建设过程中的类似问题的解决提供借鉴。
　　
　　文章正文主要分为五个部分，第一部分从对西安事变相关研究进行梳理，提出现在研究中的不足，从而提出本文的观点；第二部分通过剖析西安事变的国内外形势变化，来考察中共对外对内的态度及工作方式的转变；第三部分探讨这一时期中共的抗日政策及其做出的努力；第四部分全面展开来研究中共在西安事变和平解决中所起的作用和历史意义；第五部分为文章的结论，提出历史结论对实事的借鉴意义。
　　
　　本文认为西安事变的和平解决，奠定了国共第二次合作重要基础，是中共抗日民族统一战线政策的伟大胜利，这不但是中共政策合理运用的结果，同时也为中国共产党的发展提供了重要的历史机遇。中共在西安事变和平解决中，以其卓越的领导能力和正确的领导方式，在西安事变前后做了大量的具体工作和努力。纵观整个事件的发生与解决，我们不难发现，社会主要矛盾的转变引发了社会心理的变化，只有能够洞悉矛盾，通过集团的智慧提出正确的矛盾解决办法，才能够在矛盾解决上取得主动。这一历史经验充分的证明了中国共产党应该坚持集体领导，时刻把握时代脉搏，将革命时期的历史经验进行科学总结的同时运用到社会实践中去。广大党员也应建立正确的历史观，了解党的历史，以史为鉴，指导自己的工作与人生。

　　ABSTRACT

        The purpose of this paper is to summarize the results of previous studies, a morecomprehensive analysis of the Chinese Communist Party in the peaceful settlement ofXi'an Incident decisive role play and social impact, so as to provide a reference forsolving the similar problems in the course of socialist construction.
　　
　　This article is divided into five parts, the first part from the carding Xi'an Incidentrelated research, puts forward the research questions; the second part studies thehistorical background of Xi'an Incident, the situation at home and abroad and itsinfluence analysis of Xi'an Incident; the third part discusses the Anti Japanese policy is inthis period and make efforts to study the Communist Party of China; play in the peacefulsettlement of Xi'an role in incident and historical significance in full swing in the fourthpart; the fifth part is a conclusion, put forward the significance of the practical historicalconclusion.
　　
　　This paper argues that a peaceful settlement of the Xi'an incident, the secondcooperation, the United Front Policy of the Communist Party of China's Anti Japanesenational, achieved a great victory, this not only the rational use of the ChineseCommunist Party policy result, is also the history of the Communist Party of China in agreat monument. The Communist Party of China in the Xi'an incident, played a decisiverole, whether it is put forward the Anti Japanese national united front, or in the Xi'anincident and the Xi'an incident has to do a large number of specific work, have shown thecorrect leadership of the Communist Party of China of the Chinese revolution and theexcellent leadership ability. According to the development of event, throughout theevents and to solve, we discover not hard, the transformation of the main socialcontradiction caused great changes in social psychology, only to be able to divine thecontradictions, through the group wisdom and puts forward the correct solution to thecontradictions, solve contradiction made active. This historical experience fully provedChinese Communist Party should adhere to adhere to collective leadership, always graspthe pulse of the times, the historical experience of the scientific summary of therevolutionary period also applied to social practice, the majority of Party members shouldalso establish a correct concept of history, understanding of the history of the party,drawing lessons from history, to guide the work and life of their own.
