　　摘要

　　文章采用历史与逻辑相统一的研究方法，具体分析了科学发展观的提出、初步实践、统领全局、深入实践、上升为党的指导思想的发展历程，并以此来探讨和揭示了这一历史进程背后所隐藏的启示和规律。

　　文章重点论述了两个方面的问题：一方面阐述了科学发展观上升为党的指导思想的历程；另一方面阐释了科学发展观上升为党的指导思想的历程带来的启示。文章先是概括研究的背景、意义、国内外研究现状；进而论述了科学发展观的提出过程；接下来详细论述了科学发展观的初步实践的问题及其举措；再后是对科学发展观的地位提升及深入实践阶段的论述；接下来是阐述了科学发展观正式上升为党的指导思想阶段；文章的最后揭示了科学发展观上升为党的指导思想的历程给我们的启示。

　　本文通过对科学发展观上升为指导思想的历史进程的研究发现：我们党的指导思想每一步的发展都具有其历史的必然性、合理性、实践性。研究表明：科学发展观在党的十七大虽然没有被作为党的指导思想写进《党章》，但实际上已经取得了指导思想的地位。在综合分析科学发展观上升为党的指导思想的整个历程的基础上，本文得出如下启示：科学理论的产生是解决中国发展问题的需要；科学理论的成熟需要一个渐进的过程；科学理论被人民接受也需要一个实践的过程；科学理论上升为指导思想源自于其自身的逻辑力量；马克思主义中国化是一个持续性过程。

　　Abstract

　　In this article, by the method of the unity of history and logic, the concrete analysis of thescientific outlook on development, the preliminary practice, and at the global, thorough practice,rise to the development of the party's guiding ideology, to explore and reveal the hidden behindthis historical process of the enlightenment and laws.

　　Chapter mainly discusses the two problems: on the one hand, this paper expounds thescientific concept of development to rise to the procedure of the party's guiding ideology; On theother hand illustrates the concept of scientific development to rise to the party's guiding ideologyin the course of enlightenment. The article first summarized research background, significance,research status at home and abroad; Then this paper discusses the concept of scientificdevelopment put forward process; Then detailed discusses the preliminary practice of theproblems and measures of the scientific development concept; Then is to the scientific concept ofdevelopment status and in-depth discourse practice stage; Next is elaborated the concept ofscientific development to rise to the formal stage of the party's guiding ideology; By the end of thearticle reveals the scientific concept of development to rise to the party's guiding ideology ofhistory to our enlightenment.

　　This article through to the concept of scientific development to rise to the guidingideology of the historical process of the study found that: every step of the development of ourparty's guiding ideology has its historical inevitability and rationality and practicality.
