　　邓小平与习近平的科技思想是马克思主义中国化的重要成果，对不同时期的中国科技事业具有重要的指导意义。二者科技思想的出发点是一致的，即依靠科技推动经济社会发展、实现国富民强的根本目标。但由于历史条件的差异，二者关于科技发展方向、依托力量等方面的表述也有一定区别。论文通过对邓小平与习近平科技思想的比较研究，一方面对中国共产党开拓科技事业的基本方针、发展思维进行系统把握，另一方面从二者的科技智慧中汲取营养，为未来中国科技实践提供智力支持与精神动力。全文主要分为三个部分：首先，对邓小平与习近平科技思想的要点内容进行具体阐述，从总体上概览二者科技思想的全貌，从而对二者科技思想的主要内容形成系统的、基本的认识；其次，对邓小平与习近平的科技思想进行比较分析，从同一性、差异性两方面进行研究，同一性主要从理论渊源、包含内容、中国特色三方面展开，差异性则通过发展目标、采用策略、语言风格等方面体现；最后，从理论价值和现实作用两方面探讨对邓小平与习近平科技思想进行比较研究的意义，理论价值主要体现在有助于增强对我党科技思想的整体把握、为建设创新型国家奠定理论基础，现实意义则在于为中国科技事业前进明确道路选择、推动科技事业持续、健康、稳定、高速发展以及促进科技与社会的融合。

　　ABSTRACT
　　
　　It's an important achievement of Marxism in China about the science and technologyideology of Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping, which is a significant guiding to different periodof Chinese technology. Both are consistent at the well-intentioned, namely-rely on the scienceand technology in order to achieve the fundamental goal by driving the development ofeconomy so that the nation will be prosperous and the people will be rich and strong. But dueto the difference of historical condition, there is a disparity, such as the direction of scienceand technology development, the prop strength and so on. By the comparison research ofDeng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping of science and technology ideology, the paper not only statesthe basic principle and systematical securement of development thinking Chinese Communistcarves out the science and technology, but states that both absorb the nutrition from theirscience and technology intelligence to provide the intellective support and spirit power ofChinese future science and technology practice. The whole paper is involved in three parts.
　　
　　First, it elaborates the main content of Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping science and technologyideology as well as general panorama at both science and technology ideology, accordinglysystemic and fundamental acknowledge their science and technology ideology. Second, itanalyzes the similarity and disparity of their ideology, the similarity is included the origin ofideology, involvement content, Chinese characteristic, and the disparity is included the goal ofdevelopment, strategy, language style and so on. Last, it probes the significance ofundertaking the comparison research on their ideology from the theory value and the realisticfunction. The theory value embodies the fundament which contributes to strength the entiregrasping of our party's science and technology ideology in order to shape a theory fundamentof constructing a creative nation. The realistic function is to definite provide the options ofChinese technology development, improve the technology of duality, healthy, stability,high-speed development, promote the interfusion of technology and society as well.
