　　人类的一代代繁衍发展离不开生育，生育是人类得以延续的根本，也是人们自出生起就被赋予的自然权利，是一项基本人权。随着现代社会的发展，传统的家庭模式受到了挑战，越来越多的女性变得更加独立自主，越来越多的单身女性选择了不婚主义。作者通过对单身女性的现象分析，增进人们对单身女性的心理接纳，同时论证生育权的重要性，作为一项基本人权，单身女性也应当平等享有。国际性的法律文件及西方国家对生育权的肯定，对未婚女性的平等保护值得我国借鉴。通过立法，不断完善对单身女性生育权的保护也是我国建设公平正义、民主法治的社会主义现代化国家的必由之路。

　　The development of generations of human can not go without reproduction, andreproduction is the basis human right for which people had at the time they wereborn. With the development of modern society, the traditional family mode receivedchallenges, more and more women become more independent, more and more singlewomen choose not marriage. This paper here first try to describe the phenomenon ofsingle women, in order to let us improve the psychological acceptance to singlewomen. Then ,it demonstrates the importance of reproductive rights at the same time.
　　
　　As a basic human right, single women should have the same right as the marriedwoman. Keep an eye on the International human rights protect field , Internationallegal documents called on all of the countries to give reproductive rights and provideequal protection for unmarried women is worthy of reference for our country.
