　　中文摘要

　　随着市场经济的发展和经济全球化的不断加快，新闻的传播渠道也越来越广泛，大众接受新闻的需求量也随之增多，新闻工作者的职业道德也越来越受到人们的关注。在这一进程中，虽然其职业道德建设整体发展良好，但一些新闻工作者抵御不了各种各样的金钱与权力的诱惑，价值观念出现偏差，导致其职业道德出现滑坡，造成职业道德问题的产生。

　　本文试图通过对新闻工作者的职业道德现状进行研究，深入挖掘职业道德问题产生的原因，以及提出矫治对策，旨在探寻思想政治教育与其他学科的相互交叉领域，拓展其研究领域，提高实效性。因此，对我国新闻工作者职业道德现状的研究具有一定的理论价值与实践意义。

　　本文一共分为四章：第一章为绪论，介绍选题意义，研究现状，研究方法，创新与不足。第二章是概念解读，从新闻及新闻工作者的概念及其工作特点入手，进而剖析新闻工作者职业道德的概念、原则、要求，作用。第三章转入深度分析阶段。首先列举了我国新闻工作者职业道德整体发展良好，主要从增强新闻真实性，提高社会责任意识，重视人文关怀，体现爱岗敬业精神几个方面阐述。其次，提出现阶段新闻工作者职业道德存在的问题，即新闻工作者的职业道德失范。其主要表现为：利己主义倾向严重、新闻报道缺乏真实性、新闻媒体间的恶性竞争、法制观念薄弱。通过过对新闻工作者职业道德缺失的多种现状的分析，然后从环境影响、行业因素、人员素质等多个角度去剖析新闻工作者职业道德失范的原因。

　　第四章是对新闻工作者职业道德失范提出的对策。对策主要从六个方面提出：维护新闻秩序，增强新闻职业道德教育，加快新闻立法，建立自律机制与惩罚机制，提高新闻工作者的自身素养。

　　Abstract

　　Under the rapid development of market economy and economic globalization,the communication channels of the news is more extensive, and the quantity ofdemand that the public can accept the news is also increasing. In this process, sincesome journalists could not resist the temptation under the wide variety of money orsome relevant authority, which cause the serious issue of the professional ethics. Itis can be seen that the professional ethics of journalists can reflect the overall levelof ethical issues in this country, after that it might affect the socialistic constructionof the whole country.

　　This essay attempts to study the actuality of journalists' professional ethics, diginto the causes of ethical problems, and put forward correct countermeasure, aimsto explore the ideological and political education and other subjects of overlappingareas, expand their field of study, improve the actual effect. Therefore, study onjournalists' occupational moral status in China has a certain theoretical value andpractical significance.

　　This essay includes four sections: The first section is the introduction whichintroduces the significance of the topic, research status, research methods,innovation and shortages. The second section is the explanation of the concepts,analyze the concept of journalists' professional ethics, principles, requirements andeffects based on their notions and working characteristics. In the third section, it isthe in-depth analysis stage. Primarily, it makes a list that the overall development ofthe professional ethics of Chinese journalists' is doing well. It illustrates the issuethrough the relevant aspects such as enhancing the authenticity of the news, raisingthe awareness of social responsibility, paying attention to the humane care andreflecting the professional dedication. After that, it presents the journalists mayhave some ethical problems in current situation, namely it is the lost of criterion.

　　Those problems mainly present the following aspects:the egoism tendencyserious,the lack of authenticity of news reports, the malignant competition betweennews media,legal concept weakness. Through the analysis of the status of a varietyof news workers occupation morality, and then from the environment, industryfactors, the quality of personnel and other aspects to analyze the journalistoccupation moral anomie. The fourth section is the countermeasure to the lost ofcriterion in the journalists' professional ethics. The countermeasures are concerningabout the following six factors: Doing the maintenance of information order,enhancing the journalistic ethics education, accelerating the legislative news,establishing the self-regulatory mechanism and punishment mechanism, improvingthe journalists'professional diathesis.
