　　以乌克兰危机的发展为切入点，运用历史与政治的分析方式，对乌克兰危机对于俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦关系的影响，以及对于中国的影响做了比较深入的分析，提出了具有一定独创性的观点和资料。通过分析乌克兰危机的发展历程，指出了乌克兰危机本身的重要地缘政治意义。乌克兰危机不仅仅是乌克兰一个国家的危机，不仅仅是危机相关各个国家的危机，它是一场全面的危机，是所有前苏联国家的危机，是对于冷战之后的国际地缘政治格局的一种挑战；通过阐述乌克兰危机的影响，尤其是对于俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦关系的影响，揭示了乌克兰危机所具有的代表性含义，说明了乌克兰危机广泛的影响力，揭示了在苏联解体之后前苏联国家面临着的种种难题以及各自国家的不同选择；通过阐述俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦关系的变化对于中国的影响，本文试图阐明俄哈关系的变化对于中国的影响。在乌克兰危机给俄哈关系带来变化的同时也中国外交的新方向打开了大门。乌克兰危机这一地缘政治的危机在一定程度上反而成为了中国外交的机遇。结合中国自身外交的新举动，乌克兰危机可以帮助中国更好的与前苏联国家发展外交关系。本文同样提出了很多问题，国家发展道路的问题，在多民族的环境中建立稳固的民族国家的问题，国内政治与国际外交的问题，国家内部地区经济发展不平衡问题，这些问题都不仅仅是乌克兰这一个国家问题，也不仅仅是俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦的问题，这是摆在所有想要发展的国家之前的问题，当然也是中国的问题。乌克兰危机的爆发就是源于这些问题的积累，导致最后的突然爆发。中国同样面临着这样的问题，只不过问题的程度低一些。在这样的情况下，我们不仅仅要抓住乌克兰危机所带给我们的机遇和挑战，同时也要认识到乌克兰危机所带来的教训。对于所有希望能够保持持续发展的国家来说，乌克兰问题就是前车之鉴。我们应该认真分析，努力学习，避免问题在中国爆发。

　　Through the development of the Ukrainian crisis as the breakthroughpoint,with mode of analysis about historical and political, it tries to analysis theeffect on the relationship between Russia and Kazakhstan which be affected byUkraine crisis and compared it with the influence of China. In this way ,it can putforward a certain original views and information.
　　
　　Through the analysis of the development course of the Ukrainian crisis, itpoints out the important geopolitical significance in the crisis itself.Ukrainian crisisis not only the crisis of one country, a crisis of relevant countries, but also afull-blown crisis, crisis of all the former Soviet union country , crisis of a challengefor the geopolitical landscape after the cold war ;Through expounding the influenceof the Ukrainian crisis, especially the influence of the relationship between Russiaand Kazakhstan,it reveals the crisis of Ukraine have representative meaning, theillustrates the extensive influence. Ukrainian crisis revealed the problem that after thecollapse of the Soviet union , former Soviet union countries must facing which theircountries have very different choice;Through this paper ,it can be see that theinfluence of the change of relations between Russia and Kazakhstan to China whichthis paper trying to clarify .Ukraine crisis bring changes to the relations as well as itopen the door new direction of China's foreign .Ukraine crisis to a certain extent,becomes China's diplomatic opportunity.Combined with China's own foreign newmove, Ukraine crisis can help China better in developing diplomatic relations withthe former Soviet union countries.This paper also puts forward lots ofproblems,National development road, in a multinational state to build a solid nationalproblem, domestic politics and international diplomacy, the internal parts of thecountry economic development imbalance.These problems are not only the nationalproblem of Ukraine, also the problem of Russia and Kazakhstan, this is the problemof all developing countries.Of course,the outbreak of the Ukrainian crisis is derivedfrom the accumulation of these problems which lead to the last erupted.China alsoface such a problem, but the extent of the problem is low.In such cases, we not onlyto seize that the Ukrainian crisis brings us opportunities and challenges, but also torecognize that Ukraine crisis brought the lessons.For all country who hope to be ableto keep sustainable development,Ukraine is an warning.We should be carefulanalysis and study hard, so that we can avoid problems in China.
