　　随着科学技术不断的进步发展，手机媒体已经成为了新媒体最重要的表现形式。手机媒体的出现改变了数字时代人们的生活习惯和阅读方式，与电脑有线网络媒体相比较，手机媒体的无线网络功能使它对信息处理的更加及时和快速，便携性和互动性更强。
　　
　　手机微博、手机微信、手机移动飞信、手机移动终端 APP、手机报等新兴业务蓬勃发展，而其种种人性化的特点也预示了未来新媒体的传播发展方向。与此同时，手机媒体的出现更给高校的思想政治教育工作带来了新的机遇和严峻的考验，手机这一时代产物早已在高校校园内普及，手机媒体的信息资讯获取和人际交往等平台占据了大学生大量时间和精力，在引领潮流的同时也存在诸多缺陷。为提高和落实大学生思想政治教育的实效性，必须充分认识到手机媒体成为了思想政治教育的新领地，思政工作者应通过手机媒体紧密开展工作，加强手机媒体影响下的大学生思想政治教育。本论文以分析手机媒体和思想政治教育的特性为基础，重点分析手机媒体影响下的大学生思想政治教育，力求研究出更全面有效的应对策略，增强大学生的责任感和媒介道德素养，使其实现真正的社会价值。
　　
　　本论文是在手机媒体影响的新背景下对大学生的思想政治教育进行研究，共分为六部分：首先是对选题背景和意义的论述，阐明了当前的国内外研究现状，概括研究方法与思路，总结出论文的框架及创新之处；其次是对手机媒体和思想政治教育的相关理论概述，通过对手机媒体的基本概念和手机媒体的思想政治教育特性的分析，总结出运用手机媒体开展思想政治教育的可能性；再次，通过问卷调查手机媒体对大学生思想政治教育必要性，概括手机媒体对大学生产生的正负面影响，着重阐明手机媒体为大学生的思想政治教育所带来的机遇和挑战，说明高校思想政治教育应运用手机媒体进行的必要性；最后，总结出手机媒体影响下大学生思想政治教育的有效对策，充分将手机媒体与高校思想政治教育工作和现代管理工作相结合，使得探索出的对策具有全面性、系统性和时效性。

　　Abstract
　　
　　With the continuous development of science and technology, mobile media has becomethe most important new media form, which has changed people's habits and ways of readingin digital age. Compared with wired computer network media, mobile media's wirelessnetworking capabilities make it more timely and more rapid to process information. Newbusiness, such as Mobile microblogging, mobile micro-channel, mobile phone flying letters,phone mobile terminal APP, and mobile newspaper business are booming, and its varioususer-friendly features also foreshadow the future development direction of new media. At thesame time, mobile media bring new opporetunities and severe test to ideological and politicaleducation of colleges and universities. Since moblie phones have long been popular oncampus in this era, information access and interpersonal communication platforms take a lotof time and effort in leading the trend, and there are many drawbacks as well. In order toimprove the effectiveness and implementation of the ideological and political education,college educators must be fully aware mobile media has become the new territory ofideological and political education, which should be closely connected with mobile media tostrengthen its efficiency. In this paper, by analysing the characteristics of mobile media andideological and political education, and the influence of mobile media, the author strives tocome up with more comprehensive and more effective coping strategies to enhance students'responsibility and ethics of media literacy to achieve true social values.
　　
　　This paper, with the aim to carry on ideological and political education research under thenew background of mobile media influence, is divided into six parts. The first is thebackground and significance of the discussion to clarify the current status of research at homeand abroad. In this part, the author summarizes research methods and thinking and sums upthe frame and innovation of the paper. Secondly, the paper outlines the theories related withmobile media and ideological and political education. By analyzing the characteristics of theideological and political education and basic concepts of mobile media, the author sums upthat the use of mobile media launches the possibility of ideological and political education.
　　
　　Again, through questionnaires the author learns about college students' cognition of mobilemedia, summarizes its positive and negative impact, focuses on the opportunities andchallenges of mobile media for ideological and political education, and emphasizes thatideological and political education in colleges should make use of mobile media. Finally, theauthor puts forward effective countermeasures for the ideological and political educationunder the influence of mobile media, and fully integrates mobile media with the ideologicaland political education and modern management to make the countermeasures comprehensive,systematic and timeliness.
