　　女性地位的提升是衡量一个国家进步的标志，也是衡量一个民族文明程度的标志。新中国成立以来，党和政府一直比较重视女性的发展，为女性能够接受良好的教育和顺利参加工作创造条件，由于新疆是多民族聚居区，有特殊的区情和社会环境，维吾尔女性的发展成为了新疆民族工作、新疆社会生活、新疆妇女工作研究发展的重要组成部分。随着中国经济的腾飞，新疆跨越式的发展大背景下，影响维吾尔女性现代化进程发展的因素也是相互交织、相互作用的，女性生来就是一道美丽的风景，女性和谐健康的发展，是一种完美的境界，维吾尔女性现代化发展进程的提高，也是新疆维吾尔女性为和谐新疆做出的重要贡献。
　　
　　本论文以女性现代化发展为视角，以问卷调查和访谈为主要研究方法，结合文献法来分析，在此基础上文章分为了四个部分。第一部分是引言，主要写了学术界关于女性教育、就业、婚姻生育、宗教信仰发展的研究现状、研究新疆维吾尔女性现代化发展的目的和意义。第二部分，论述了以个案为例的乌鲁木齐市维吾尔女性现代化发展现状的调查与分析，分别从教育状况、就业方面、思想文化层面、婚姻家庭生育方面和宗教信仰方面来论述了她们的现代化进程发展状况。第三部分，主要是将新疆的现代化发展为背景，以乌鲁木齐市维吾尔女性为点而扩展到全疆维吾尔女性为面的形式，比较客观地论述了制约和影响新疆维吾尔女性在教育、就业、婚姻家庭地位和宗教信仰等方面的因素。论文的第四部分是笔者提出的关于进一步提高新疆维吾尔女性成为现代女性的对策建议。最后得出了作为现代化发展时期的维吾尔女性应当珍惜维吾尔民族的女性形象、爱护维吾尔女性的声誉，维护新疆的稳定和谐的发展，坚决反对宗教极端思想的种种桎梏，为建设和谐安宁有序的美好新疆而努力。

　　Abstract
　　
　　Since the founding of new China, the party and the government has been moreemphasis on the development of women, for women to participate in the work ofcreating the conditions and to receive a good education, enhance the status of womenis the sign of weighing a national progress, which is the symbol of a nation'scivilization. Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region, special situation and socialenvironment, the development of Uygur women in relation to the ethnic work inXinjiang, Xinjiang women's work on social development. Are also intertwined,influence factors of Uygur female modernization development of interaction, withthe rapid development of Chinese economy, Xinjiang across the developmentbackground of the various regions of Xinjiang women's work, combined with localactual condition, women's work has been implemented. Women are born is abeautiful scenery, the harmonious and healthy development of women, is a perfectstate, the development process of modern Uyghur women of Xinjiang Uygur women,but also an important contribution to the harmonious Xinjiang .
　　
　　This paper from the perspective of female modernization development, themain research methods of questionnaire survey and interview, analysis combinedwith the literature method, on the basis of this article is divided into four parts. Thefirst part is the introduction, mainly to write academic circles about the women'seducation, employment, marriage and family, religious development research ofXinjiang Uygur women in modern development of purpose and meaning. The secondpart, discusses the status quo and analysis of Urumqi Uygur women in moderndevelopment case, respectively from the education, employment, marriage andfamily ideological and cultural level, family and religion to discuss theirdevelopment process of modernization. The third part, mainly to the modernizationof Xinjiang as the background, taking the city of Urumqi Uygur women andextended to the whole Xinjiang Uygur women face, objectively discusses therestricting factors and the influence of Xinjiang Uygur women in education,employment, marriage and family status and religion etc. The fourth part of the thesisis the author of Xinjiang Uygur women become further improve theCountermeasures of modern women. Finally as a modern development period of theUyghur women should cherish the image of women, the Uighur minority Uyghurwomen love reputation to maintain Xinjiang stabilize and harmonious development,shackles firmly against religious extremist ideas that for the construction of aharmonious and orderly beautiful peace efforts in Xinjiang.
